When I found Reliv in March 2008, I was desperately looking for help with hives. I had suffered with them for 8 months. What I had were saucer sized, itching, burning welts that would wake me up at night and most of the time it hurt to wear clothes.
As a trained Home Economist, nutrition made sense. Right after starting shakes I began sleeping better and had more energy. In a few weeks, my sinuses were 90 to 95 percent better and headaches I’ve had since I was eight years old had improved too. I had many headaches over the years and now I rarely have any and they are minor if at all.
I had suffered from serious sinus infections and had frequent sinus headaches. One year I had 12 sinus infections in 13 months. It’s been a good while since my last one.
During the next 5 months, the hives kept improving. I felt like all the other improvements were bonuses. I just wanted help with the hives.
I’ve continued to be consistent taking shakes and have seen other improvements in my health. After a couple of years, the floaters were gone from my eyes and my eyeglass prescriptions have been less the last three times I’ve had them checked. I was having joint issues with my wrists and rarely do they hurt now.
When I tore the rotator cuff in my right shoulder manipulating a wheelchair improperly, the first thing my doctor said was she would probably have to schedule surgery. She said it would take several weeks to recover from surgery, then several months of physical therapy, and that I might have 80 to 90 percent use of my shoulder when it was all over.
I couldn’t take time off from caring for my elderly mother and told my doctor the surgery would have to wait. I took extra shakes, did physical therapy and my rotator cuff got better. My recovery took less time than the doctor projected and I have full use of that shoulder without any discomfort. About two years later I tore the rotator cuff in my left shoulder though not as severely as the right one. I increased my shakes and did the prescribed physical therapy and recovered 100 percent use of that shoulder in record time and have no more discomfort.
I have also experienced plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. Increasing my shakes and adding targeted products helped with both.
After a near head-on collision in 2004, I suffered major back discomfort and was diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and had anxiety or panic attacks when driving or riding in a car. There was a period of time when I could not bend over to pick up anything off the floor without excruciating discomfort. After taking extra shakes and focusing on core exercises, now I pick things up off the floor and bend over to wipe a spill without discomfort.
Every time I do this I thank God that I do it without hurting. Although I still struggle at times with remembering names and sometimes cannot think of the correct word I want to use, I have little residual problems with the TBI and I feel more comfortable and it’s easier driving or riding in a car.
Though I was not looking for a business when I started with Reliv, I wanted to get the best price for my products. I shared with a few family members and friends and they got great results and I became a Master Affiliate.

It is gratifying to me to help people to be healthier and earn extra income. I’m in better shape and feel better than I did 15 or more years ago.
The longer I take Reliv the better I feel. I’m able to do much more than many of my friends my age and younger.
This is my plan to improve our retirement lifestyle when my husband retires. I want to travel and donate time on specific projects that are near and dear to my heart. I want to support other needy organizations, especially the Reliv Kalogris Foundation and others that help children and veterans. I will leave this willable income to our son. I’ll be doing Reliv and sharing it with others as long as I can talk.
